For over a decade, I worked in automotive service operations. The person between the customer and the technician. I watched shops lose money every single day because the people who built the software weren't the ones who had to live in it.
The shop management system didn't talk to the parts system. Technicians filled out paper inspections in 2024. Customer communication lived in four different apps. I spent years working around technology that didn't work. Then I started building the fix.

In November 2025, I taught myself to build software. No bootcamp. No CS degree. Just real problems that needed real solutions. Within months, I'd written over 120,000 lines of production code and built AI technology that didn't exist yet.
